RHAYADER 20  - 5th March
The 20 mile Race is a demanding race which runs through the picturesque countryside of the Elan Valley, over one of the most scenic courses in the British Isles. The race starts in Dark Lane near the Leisure Centre in Rhayader and will take you out around the lovely Elan Valley Reservoirs.  Poole Runners organise a trip here every year and Jenny Beckett went along and did extremely well and bagged herself a PB! Well done.

Well that's another good month over......let's hope April keeps the "spring in our step"....... Many of us will be taking part in the London Marathon, and others of you are doing Brighton....Edinburgh  and afar! if you wish to be mentioned in the monthly report, then please email me This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. .  as it is not always easy to get full results from some websites and sometimes they miss off which club you belong to then that causes absolute chaos for me!!
