A big orange Harrier welcome to all new members who've joined us this year. With our growing membership, more qualified coaches and sessions three nights a week, every week, things can seem a bit hectic at times but the Littledown Harrier's friendly, social approach to good quality coached running means we are all moving in the right direction so thanks again to everyone, enjoy the Harrier Christmas meal/disco and we'll see you all out and about in the New Year.

Best wishes from Barry and your Committee
